1977 Ty250 Fork Oil

Can anybody please tell me what weight oil I should use for my 1977 TY250 forks? I weigh about 170 pounds. I also wondered how much oil needs to go in each fork leg?

Thank for any help offered.

    On all my Yams I use 150cc per leg of a good SAE 10 fork oil.

    I would use a heavier grade oil such as 20W40 which was recommended as standard. I think it is 164cc

    The Yam has a problem with topping out if much lighter oil is used.
