February 8, 201016 yr Undo the two pinch bolts on the bottom of the left hand fork, or right, cant remember, but it'll be obvious. Then an allen key in the spindle, and turn till it comes out of the threaded fork leg, then just pull/wriggle.
February 8, 201016 yr Undo and remove allen key headed nut[10mm I think] on brake side of forks,undo spindle pinchbolts on both forklegs,the spindle pushes out to the right.You don't need a b*******great allen key on the right side
February 8, 201016 yr Pinch bolts on both right and left frok leg then the allen key bolt on the brake disc side then the spindle should pull out, that said ive had to remove brake callipier which made it less tension on spindle.
