February 8, 201016 yr has anyone had a problem with the front brake suddenly dissapearing, mine was fine then overnight it seems to have lost any feel to it it comes straight back to the bar,pads are fine and no evidence that air has got in to the system?
February 9, 201016 yr Lean the bike to the far left and lightly tap on the brake line so that the air that moved into the line can travel back into the master cylinder. My Evo and KTM 300 have done this.
February 9, 201016 yr Could have blown the seal in the master cylinder on the handlebar. Easy fix if that's the case.
February 9, 201016 yr Gday, Make sure there is some small clearance between the lever and the piston in the master cylinder. This is vital. Cheers, Stork
