February 14, 201016 yr I've got a 2000 sherco 250 and when it's running milky fluid comes out the crankcase breather. Any ideas what the problem could be? Thanks

Any ideas what the problem could be?Thanks Well, unless you have been playing submarine it would most likely be due to coolant entry into the gearbox area via leaky waterpump seals and shaft. Ck to cee if you have coolant loss as well, which would verify that theory. Where are you located?
January 5, 201214 yr I`ve have just had same problem with my sons `05 125. It was driping oil out the breather when I went to buy it. I got it home (at a reduced price), changed crank seals, all well now.
January 6, 201214 yr Mine was doing this and it was due to having slightly too much oil put in the previous oil change. I changed the oil, put the required 450 ml in and at the trial the next day it leaked like a sieve. Now when draining the oil I make sure I measure what came out Cheers

Now when draining the oil I make sure I measure what came out Cheers Lean the bike well over at a 45% angle with the bars propped on a stand of sorts to get all the old stuff out and you should be fine with the standard 450ml refill .
