Oily Spits From Exhaust

Featured Replies

just noticed my 99 techno is smoking a fair bit and has oily bits spitting from exhaust started running at 80/1 is that about right if so is there anything wrong cheers

Oil mix sounds more or less ok.Lampkins could give you a definite ratio.Try blasting up a long hill .Should smoke even more and clear.Or strip clean exhaust pipe and repack silencer. If it is otherwise running well then alls well.Probably just a build up of oily cak in the pipe.

check ratio for fuel to oil m8 and get exhaust repacked will run 100 percent better with new packing in it

Wash it recently, without putting a plug in the exhaust outlet?
