It has the standard Delorto carb fitted.

Or a good spare carb?

I agree, Kev is a wealth of knowledge and should be able to fix you up with no problem.

Hi again,

Replaced the needle and the main. The main was a 120 replaced with a 114.

The pilot was also changed for a 36. I could not make out what had been fitted. The difference is amazing. The bike is much crisper off idle and ticks over and starts a little easier.

I had wondered what everyone was saying about the 280 having a sharp power delivery, now I know!

At least it is predictable.

+ 1 on Jon's jetting recommendations. I had that same impression after making those jetting changes. (I ride at about 700 ft above sea level.)
