cornishjimgas Posted April 25, 2010 Share Posted April 25, 2010 I managed to drop my Airoh helmet from a shelf until a slate floor from about 1.5 metres high. At the time it was still in the cloth bag and I didn't think much about till tonight when I went out for a practice and found the damage to the top of the helmet I'm concerned that it may have damaged it more than I realise and was wondering what peoples opinions are on it? I seem to remember somebody saying that its wise to replace a helmet if its been dropped but I wasn't sure it that was accurate or not. lostboy Posted April 25, 2010 Share Posted April 25, 2010 chuck it in the bin mate, even if there was no sign of damage after a drop like that its still rubish... there can be damage in the internals of the lid . thats why you shud leave secondhand ones on ebay....
