just bought a 1987 beta tr34 260 air cooled what oil and weight should i use

please help do not want to use the wrong stuff have not been able to find a service manual for this year

everybody must have gone football crazy you would usually have been welcomed by now with half adozen different answers... guesse you're talking a bout 2 stroke premix... you should be safewith any synthetic (or semi) at 75cc to 5 litres..Putoline are generous sponsors to major events in our sport why not try it..it has a blue dye in it so you can tell difference twixt 2 or 4 stroke (did I mix it up last weel??? doubts etc are dispelled with this method ).... Gearbox oil probably 5/30 synthetic or automatic transmission fluid in later betas works fine. Have you a local bike shop (trials) ..why not call in or on phone and see what they have)
