Anyone had a play around with the gearing on a 250 evo? Just interested to see what people have settled for, the standard is 11t up front and 41t on the back.

Ive always found that 1st gear is really short so have only used it in a section twice!

I changed a 2009 250 EVO to 40 tooth on the rear with standard 11 front. It takes some of the harshness off the clutch and gives more usable ranges. I do majority of sections in 2nd but do use 1st occasionally. I have thought about trying a 39 tooth. Anyone tried that?
