Im thinking about putting a new set of rings in my 02 sy 250 but the rear engine bolt is completely siezed solid, Ive tried a little light heat and a heavy hammer with no joy. Any of you guy's have any tips to get that bugger out? Im not sure if I need the engine out to get the barrel off but i was just going to take it out to make it a little easier.

The rear engine bolt made from the aluminum of SY is easily transformed when taking a hit. And, it will make the more extraction difficult.

It has clung with the bearing color rust. Therefore, it is also difficult to heat it by there is an enough effect. Moreover, shock gives the color and the engine spacer is damaged.

A best method of settlement for you is to use the oil hydraulic press of an enough size.

When I had the same problem before, it made like that and it solved it.

Anyway, you should obtain a new bolt and the bearing color.

The thing of cota315/RTL250R can be used for the bearing color, the oil seal, and the bearing.
