hi guys just had the carb mod done at lampkins and the guy who knew about it wasnt available for a chat at the time i picked it up,does anybody know exactly what they do,i did a quick search and found something about blocking a hole with resin and drilling another,could anybody enlighten me just for curiositys sake...

well simply put they block one end of a casting in the carb body with resin and make a hole a little further down.. it works takes about 30 minutes all in including taking it off and putting back on bike but you have to wait 12 - 24 hrs for the resin to harden.. there used to be a thread on here about how to do it wamnd why it worked.. ps its not 100% effective..

ok thanks mate i took the carb off myself and took it to them,havnt fitted it yet but a little concerned it may not work!!
