290, if you can manage a 270 a 290 will be just right.

Hi

I have to agree with nigels comments...

I have owned both 09 & 2010 250cc evo's then switched to a 2010 290cc which i like more.

The power delivery on the 290 is creamy smooth.

All the best.

ive had 4 rev 3 but all been 270 so no experience of a 250 i just wondered if a 290 would be too much for me..

Hi - I would suggest that you try and get a ride on both and then make your mind up. What suits one doesn't always suit another. Peoples weight, riding ability and riding style mean's that this is the only way to ensure that you make the correct choice.

Don't forget to try the 4 strokes too - you could be very surprised.

Good luck & feet up !

it would be ideal to try them all in a trial but a lap of the local dealers carpark doesnt really give you a good enough experience!

Where are you/ iF A DEALER CAN'T GIVE YOU MORE OF A TEST IF ITS A CHOICE BETWEEN ENGINE SIZE THEN GO TO A DEALER WHO CAN?
