February 15, 200521 yr Best mods I made to my 270 Rev3 were a slow (standard?) action throttle and a flywheel weight. Vastly improved controllability and fewer stalls.

Common practice realy, what do you think you do if you want a halfy halfy one? Another method of extending the slot is use two hacksaw blades taped together.
February 16, 200521 yr you can also reduce diameter on the beginning part to slow it down, leave the larger diameter at the top end, and have sort of a progressive action
