I also have a problem with the kick start not catching all the time, is there any way i can fix it cheaply, i heared it has a sort of spring clip to make it catch? as i got the covers off for a clutch rebuild? Also when new clutch is fitted to you have to adjust anything in the enigine or the only ajustment on the handlebars?
