315r removing Frame& Fork Scratches

Does anyone have any good tips or experience of removing or getting rid of some pretty deep rock marks out of 315r frames. Before starting I want to consider best ways of removing them.

The same goes for marks on the fork sleeves, what is the best way, could I recoat them? - any good tips would be much appreciated
