Featured Replies

i have just bought a fantic trial bike and would like to know what model it is can anyone help. the engine number is

fantic 450

212 cc

011656*

frame says 450

also on the engine is a circle stamp with 87

i've looked on other info sites and it might be an fm450 which makes it a trial 240. can anyone help to confirm this.

thanks in advance if you can help.

As above, sounds like a 1987 243 (212cc)

Post a picture.

will post a picture tomorrow . thanks for help

Last drum brake front and back was the 241. The 243 had the discs all round and a seat and mudguard all in one and was a mono shock.

The shape of the bike will give it away but sounds like a 240 to me.

If you want to know which model you have take look at www.fantic.nl.

Thanks for Fantic.nl,I use it all the time for reference
