April 15, 201115 yr Rear brake on my 2010 txt300 is sticking and have to pull the lever up with my toe, Is there ment to be a spring to help pull it back up? it not tight on the bolt that it fits onto, just stays on slightly all the time un less i pull it back up, Can anyone help

It is in the M/C in front of the seal but it is unusual that it would be broken or sacked in such a new bike. I'd look for binding of the brake pedal, perhaps the bushing was not driven into the pedal frame far enough and the end of it is scraping against the shaft collar or frame. A little time with a file would cure the problem if that's what it is. Jon
