May 10, 201115 yr hi There is a ticking coming from somewhere within the engine. Does anyone know what it could be? The bike is a bete 250 2003.

May 11, 201115 yr little end bearings are cheap enough on the fleabay. that would seem most probable to me just reading your comments. ATB

May 12, 201115 yr To help find the source of the noise use a screwdriver as a stethoscope. Put the handle to your ear and move the blade around the engine listening for the noise. Warning. Do not attempt this whilst riding.
