May 30, 201115 yr Hi All. anyone had a problem with there bike, that you can only select first gear , my selector goes up and feels like it is selecting but nothing happens, firat gear is ok. the bike has been standing for 7 weeks as I have had a Hernia. I put ATF in the box for the last change of oil could this be the problem?
June 6, 201115 yr Author I have found out what stopped me get any gears, expect first a plastic gear that drives the water pump has broken up and made its way in behind the selector mechanism, so I now know more about the Beta than I did befor
June 6, 201115 yr Author I forgot to say that it was a white plastic gear with a pin that made its way down into the gearbox
