Hi, been having some running issues. Cleaned carb, new plug fitted. Started bike for a few mins at weekend, switched off and checked coolant. Cap was more pressurised than usual. I rode tonight and coolant was leaking out of over flow, and still missfires just off idle.

I have replaced head seals a few months back. I was thinking a water pump issue, perhaps do these cause water into cylinder, crankcase? If faulty. I was going to call gas gas tomorrow, but was wondering if there are any none faults?

just a thought, Have you checked wiring? Is fan working?

If fan isnt working would cause water to come out of over flow, and maybe a connection fault making misfire.
