June 8, 201115 yr You need to set your bike to 1/3 sag wen you stand on it (with your riding gear). Be mm accurate! Then adjust damping to suit riding style preferences...

June 9, 201115 yr Thanks, do you know the standard setting for the forks (if there is any) No. Front and rear damping is put there to help maintain traction. In the garden..... Try setting the rebound damping so that it just takes the bounce out of the springs.... Stand on the bike an bounce the bike up & down evenly... then make adjustments..... try all the settings to get a feel for how they work.
