Techno breather pipes

Just completed the engine rebuild. All runs fine but there's three breather pipes. One thicker one that goes to the connector above the clutch and drops down at the side of the front sprocket, one thinner one to the right above the flywheel housing and a second thinner one zipped tied to the above that I can't recall where it goes to - Doh! seems to almost line up with the bottom of the carb/intake area but I can't for the life of me see the pipe to connect it to..

Also, as a two stroke newcomer I take it the idle screw is the thumb screw on these?
