robf Posted June 12, 2011 Report Share Posted June 12, 2011 (edited) Hi Guys My bike ( a 1975 159 325 ) has been sitting for a long time and the carb was full of gunk and the orings has rotted away. I cleaned the carb up and ordered some orings from Bultaco UK but it's not all all clear where the 3 orings actually go and the exploded diagrams dont help either Can you tell me where they go please It looks like oring 3 goes in groove C oring 1 fits the diameter of slot A but doesnt seem deep enough - thick enough - ie in can move up and down the groove I have no idea where the other oring goes ? Only the one on the cap and maybe inside where the air (or s it fuel?) screw goes. Definitely not at B where the main jet screws into the jet stock. Your guesses seem good, though... The smaller one is the idle jet, right? Both it and the main jet stock seem to have a place for an o-ring. It couldn't hurt to put them there....
