Bought my lad his 1st motorbike a PW50 good condition runs lovely and smooth starts 1st kick every kick only problem I have is when it's not been started in a day or too it will take 30 kicks or more to start once it's going we never have a problem it's getting fuel through and I've fitted a new plug so it's got a strong spark but can't understand why it's so hard to start when cold imagine it will be worse in winter ?? Any suggestions ??

The choke cable and slide are prone to seizing on PW's,the one my kids have got to be a pain in the ar-e last winter, strip and clean the carb and a new cable. If you are lucky the cable might free off, mine had been pressure washed too many times.

Now its back how it was, totally reliable and the kids love it.
