hi i am a youth b rider do i have to fill in the medical certifiate for the eye bit on the bottom of the form for the sacu comnp licence because am not to sure if its just for road riding :o

    there is no need for an eyetest for a trials licence. As BJ says you must fill in the back and send a copy of your birth certificate if it's your first licence. :D Dave.
