Yes, spectating is good on all days although not all day, most of the accessable sections on Saturday & Sunday tend to be in the mornings. A full guide & map is provided in the programme, this will be on sale at the start field.

July 20, 201115 yr I was thinking of going to spectate on Sat, where does it start from and at what time ?.
