March 16, 200521 yr Can anyone suggest jet sizes for a Rev3 2003 beta 125cc. ? I also have a beta Rev3 2005 200cc. I run the same oil-mix in both, 80ml to 5L. The 125cc seems to run rich and drips oil out the exhaust I have noticed both have the same jet sizes 30 pilot, 150 main. It seems one size jets fits all from a 125cc to a 270cc. cannot be right ! What would be a good jet size for the 125cc ? I also looks like beta have swapped the 2005 125cc model from a Mikuni carb to a dellorto flat-side carb, sounds like a design flaw to me. Maybe old 125cc model carb choke/barrel size was too big for the smaller engine. ian.
March 17, 200521 yr Author thanks for the reply 'HondaRS' Already repack the exhaust with a one-piece type. I will try reducing oil also. then maybe try pilot 27.5 and main 145. One size leaner. The bike seems to get worst when its idling a lot, after a quick blast its gets a lot cleaner and performs a lot better.
