July 26, 201115 yr One of the fork legs on my 09 pro have a slight scrape on it, meaning I am constantly replacing the seal. I've taken the worst of the roughness off it with fine emery paper but it hasn't helped. Does anyone know of any products I could use to fill the scrape? I've heard a few people mention plastic metal?

Clean the scrape with thinners[or the other half's nail polish remover]fill the scrape with superglue, leave it for a day and rub it down smooth.Have done this a few times it's always worked
July 27, 201115 yr I use epoxy in my scraps - i have a lot on 1 leg, so one time in about 2 months i put epoxy (for metal), leave for a 1 night and sandpaper it to a smooth line.
