August 3, 201115 yr Hi everyone, I saw the 2012 pics of the Gas Gas. rear shock is Sachs, no Reiger. Why? Or is the Reiger only for the factory (replica) bikes?
August 3, 201115 yr I suspect that cost is the big factor here. The Reiger is an Expensive shock. I have heard that it's a very expensive spare part on the Raga's.

August 4, 201115 yr He is using a Reiger. It's the only shock that will fit the new linkage. They are tiny (almost lie a downhill MTB shock) so unless Showa are making a unique one off shock his will be a Reiger. They seem very very good especially on soaking up big drop and splatting into rocks. Look very planted and stable.
