August 21, 201115 yr At fast highway speeds they suck. At low trials speeds....I think they would be much worse. I think a sweat-soaked cotten t-shirt works better....certainly less expensive. My 2 cents.

So much of this stuff depends upon evaporative cooling. In high humidity Houston Texas, none of this stuff ever seems to work. Imagine success depends a whole lot upon the climate you are using it in.
