The date was mentioned on the Hong Kong Round last night. The date that Sheffield round will be shown is Friday 9th January 2004. The channel is EUROSPORT-GB.

Note: Try not to set your recorders to an automatic recording because the programme times change many times due to boxing, cricket, football, sumo wrestling or whatever is on.

Drat, missed the Hong Kong round & it doesn't seem to be repeating as it used to.

And it looks like we're only getting 30 min progs this year.

Sheffield is scheduled for 22.00 on 06/01 on the international Eurosport.

Only 30 mins though.

Btw, for those keen on the other bike sports - Eurosport has been free to watch on the Astra Sat for the last 7 (?) years, and still is. You get Moto GP, WSB & some MX as well as brief coverage of World Trials, and not a penny to the Dirty Digger!

Just finished watching the Hong Kong round on Astra.

Commentator mentioned that the Sheffield round will be shown on 9th Jan at 08:00 (not sure if that's CET or GMT) and that the round in Riesa, East Germany on 20/03 will be shown live. Previous announcements stated that both the events in Germany would be shown live but Koblenz wasn't mentioned this time.

Best to check the teletext listings as the programs tend to change regularly. Just checked the Eurosport website and it shows the Hong Kong round being repeated at 19:00 CET and Sheffield at 13:45 CET on the 13th
