This link shows the wire diagram for all 2001 TXT's, it says between the Light Blue and Dark Blue wires should be 100.5 ohms.

I have some more questions regarding the 2001 ignition system.

Is the sparkplug cable replacable ? It doesn't seem to want to move out of the coil.

Is it possible to replace the copper cable with a ceramic cable ?

I think it has a strong adhesive to hold it in. If you clip off about 10mm from the end of the wire, you will have a new, clean wire contact area for the plug cap to screw in to.
