315 front brake caliper

Featured Replies

While inspecting my poor performing front brake, ive noticed its seeping fluid from inbetween the to halfs of the caliper,

Both piston are working, Ive tryed winding the bolts up tight but still no joy.

Is their a gasket between the to halfs? If so is it worth replaceing the piston seals at the same time? Its a 98 315 with a grimeca caliper,

(thought id just ask before i did something daft) clay

On all of the calipers I havehad apart there is an O ring or a rubber washer. I don't know what year your bike is but you can fit the later model four piston caliper. A properly set up two piston job is okay if it is orking right.
