does anybody no where to get a standard acu form from. the acu website has been re-designed and now i cant find it anywhere.

This is the one you want for a Trials registration, it only took a minute to find, you obviously need to work on your stamina and don't give up so easily

no not that BOB!!! that is a registration form...i need a standard acu entry form as i stated. you obviously need to work at ur reading bob!!!!

Is this the one you're after. I think this is the 2005 one. As far as I know they updated it to let you know that there is a fair chance you might die
