markles Posted December 25, 2011 Report Share Posted December 25, 2011 hi everyone, i'm wondering if anyone can give me any advice regarding my fantic 240 special. I've run the bike for approx 1 hour and discovered the woodruff key had sheared. up until that point the bike was running well. now , having fixed that problem , the bike starts but will not idle and just wants to cut out and sounds rough. The only thing i had done prior to that was take the carb off to make sure it was clean. This is a 245 engine with mikuni carb. Any advice or help would be greatly appreciated.
