January 8, 201214 yr HI I have a problem with the fan motor on my gasgas300 pro 2010 model. I replaced the fan motor as it was squeeling and had to be flicked occasionally to make it start spinning. I put a new fan motor in and it cured the squeeling and then i noticed that it was not coming on occasionally as well and has to be flicked the odd time to get it to start spinning. Would it be that i have another faulty fan or is their another problem. Any ideas?
January 8, 201214 yr hello , had the same bike as you with a similiar problem when the bike was a few months old. fan working but only now and then , turned out to be part of the wiring loom was squashed . i cant remember exactly but something was bolted down onto the loom crushing a wire but not breaking it completely. poor assembly at the factory i expect. once the wire was repaired it was okay
