GASGAS300 2010 clutch problem

Featured Replies

Hi the clutch lever on my gasgas 300pro 2010 model seems to come and go. The pressure will be fine at the lever one minute and then all pressure dissappears. Then if I pump it at few times it comes back. Has anybody had this problem before and know how to fix it. Thanks!

It could be several things.

1. Air in the line. Bleed it.

2. Bad master cylinder (or just a rebuild kit)

3. Have you added brake fluid instead of mineral oil? ruined seals.

4. An air leak. At the banjo bolts and or the clutch line itself.

5. hopefully not the clutch cover.

You might want to pull the M/C apart and check the seal/bore carefully for damage.
