I've recently rebuilt my 06 sy250 and I started it up Saturday and noticed that the fan is always on. It's probably not a bad thing but it would be nice to get it working properly and not flat out all the time. Does anyone know why this could be?

    check the 2 connections on your thermostat to make sure they are not touching. if they are not and you have a multi meter do a continuity check across the thermostat when its cold and nothing is connected if you have continuity the thermostat is bust.
