Anyone able advise the procedure and best materials to re-pack an Bosi titanium exhaust for the Evo 300 4T

    Just the silencer section?

    Take/dtrill out the riviets/bolts from the end cap.

    Extract the inards.

    Wrap perforated pipe with new packing material tightly.

    Fit inner perforated pipe, now wrapped in new packing material back into pipe enusring a snug fit. Poke extra material down into any gaps.

    Fit bolts/new rivets - couple of quid from B&Q for a pop rivet gun.

    Fit back onto bike and ride.
