I take it you are talking 35mm TLR 200 forks ?

the difference is the 250 forks are longer, but is is achieved in the damper rod ,slightly more travel,

so possible to upgrade/modify 200 forks, but as quite a few people with 250s run the legs up through the top yoke,

you may feel it is not worth the effort.

Many people are riding between 185-195 cc oil in Tlr 200 forks (not reflex),i can't find a good working oil level for 250's forks,i would upgrade these with magicals progressive springs,what do you think about this ???
