I have a couple of TY 250 ( 2A and 1B ) and I am pretty sure that I could do better with the air intake. I run Mikuni round slide ( std VM 26mm ) with the exhaust is clean on my rider and a KT250 motocross silencer will be install on my project. I finaly found the correct jetting on the Mikuni VM, now low end and midrange torque are a lot better than with the small 26mm Mkuni of the B model and the poor KT carb from the A model, and throttle response is quick and predictable. But, I think that the air flow is not as good as it could be, so I am thinking changing the standard air filter system. Availability is not so great in Quebec and I don't want to order 265 thousand different air filter before finding one that can do the job.

Any advice??
