April 20, 200521 yr How do you tell the age of a montesa 315r apart from the plastics? I though i heard something about a few numbers in the serial number?? Just looking at one on ebay and want to know if theres a way of telling if i go and look at it. James
April 20, 200521 yr give the item nu,mber of it on ebay or copy and paste the site address and someone will tell you the age within minutes with no messing about.
April 25, 200521 yr I have a 2003 Montesa, & i think that the year is in the serial number. Mine reads VTDMT03 ??????????? I think the 03 indicates the year.
April 30, 200521 yr I have a 2003 Montesa, & i think that the year is in the serial number. Mine reads VTDMT03 ??????????? I think the 03 indicates the year. Mine has the same beginning of the number but is registered as an R4 in 04 and it has the white plastics if that's any help.
