Hi

I'm about to get my 2010 evo 4T and after reading everything I can on this forums about this bike I decided to order an aftermarket kill switch because seems like the OEM one is a piece of crap.

My question is: is it worth to get a theter style one (just in case i fall off, wich I will)

Or just a normal one, like yamaha style?

thanks

Why not install both types. It is all the rage. :chairfall: I know of one guy who has two of the tether types attached, one for each wrist.

Go buy a KTM kill switch and you will never look back. You can fill the back up with silicone and it keeps out any moisture.

No.... just fit a regular "yamaha" one within left thumb reach from your grips.

Remember kill switches have a habit of not working at insane high revs - to kill the bike take off your glove and hold it over the exhaust tail pipe.

How do you even manage that? You have to hold the switch for a decent length of time to kill the bike...

Also I see you're from calgary, send me a PM if you have any questions regarding the trials scene in alberta.
