April 19, 201214 yr Hey guys have any of you fabricated a cartridge holding tool for the left fork leg on the 315R if so tell me please coz the proper tool is crazy expensive. thanks
April 19, 201214 yr You don't need the tool at all, I did both my forks this weekend and once I'd cracked the allen bolt off on the bottom I simply applied pressure to the "nut" using a length of 22mm plastic cable conduit. It wasn't perfect by any means but I did both legs this way without any problems.

Did you manage to get the correct torqe pressure when locking it up? Edited April 20, 201214 yr by MD04
