April 25, 200521 yr Went to the big Stafford Show on Sat. there were a number of interesting trialers for sale inc. a tidy looking Armstrong Hiro were they any good he was asking
January 8, 200719 yr sorry dont know alot about these! but what i can gather engine spares are almost impossible for hiro engines! so i'd steer clear!
January 9, 200719 yr I like my Armstrong but as Scotty says the engine parts are few and far between. These bikes were built at the same time as TLR's, Fantics & Majesty's and are comparable in most areas (but don't comand the same sort of money). Chassis and cycle parts are standard european trials bike issue (SWM, Fantic, Montesa etc.) only the engine to worry about. If your up for a gamble I'd say go for it, if not I'm in the market for another so if you don't want it........
