Went to the big Stafford Show on Sat. there were a number of interesting trialers for sale inc. a tidy looking Armstrong Hiro were they any good he was asking

sorry dont know alot about these! but what i can gather engine spares are almost impossible for hiro engines! so i'd steer clear! :)

I like my Armstrong but as Scotty says the engine parts are few and far between. These bikes were built at the same time as TLR's, Fantics & Majesty's and are comparable in most areas (but don't comand the same sort of money). Chassis and cycle parts are standard european trials bike issue (SWM, Fantic, Montesa etc.) only the engine to worry about. If your up for a gamble I'd say go for it, if not I'm in the market for another so if you don't want it........

Thats right ZARKOFF I`m an Engineer and I am always helping my friends repair their bikes!

I even had to weld my mates clutch cover after he had a little accident pulling wheelies!!!

Thats what friends are for!!!

Terry, You could try Personal Messaging the guys on here as they might not notice your posting as it has been some time since this thread opened up, just click on their name and use 'send message' feature. You never know they might have that elusive part!
