June 15, 201214 yr I am newish to the trailing scene and have enjoyed Spectating, sometimes Observing and due to my lack of trailing skills have 'sometimes' enjoyed Riding some of the fantastic Trials set out within the Lancashire, Cumbria and Richmond area... sometimes flitting over to Yorkshire for a bit of new Scenery! I was a bit disgruntled by the comment I read today by Westmorland Motor Club, stating that the reason nobody knew about their trial been a pre-entry trial was because of Trials Central and the new changes! I read on the 'old' Trials Central about the Astley Trial, and i have also read about it on the 'new' Trials central! So i don't understand the comment that they are to blame for nobody knowing about it! Since i have begun attending trials I have used Trials Central as a lifeline into the trialing world, it is informative, up to date and I would be completely lost without it. I'm sure everybody else agree's, Trials Central do a Excellent Job!

June 16, 201214 yr Thank you for the kind words I've not seen this comment or heard anything untoward regarding the recent update, but I make no apologies. It was publicised prominently on the front page for at least a month before the changes that the calendar system was changing and that it would not be possible to migrate events from the old to the new. I did try, but it wasn't going to happen due to the way the data was stored. Nobody else has complained, but then you'll never please everybody
June 21, 201214 yr Agreed, TC is the No.1 trials site. Yes, it was very clearly stated that calender dates would not migrate. I posted an event (YMSA) night before I went on holiday, came back & TC had changed. No problem, log in, re-post with the helpful new map function. Get good entry for trial, write report, post it with almost instant help from Andy over an upload problem, sit back & rest. Or carry on like crazy trying to sort sections out for the East Anglian Trophy Trial. Because we love trials
June 21, 201214 yr Agreed TC do an excellent job but still not fixed the bug cos i still got no emoticons or quote facility :0( plus still having to use the more reply options tab but cant imagine life without my daily dose of TC.

No I haven't. I got up at 6am last Monday, drove from Spanish world round to Malaga, flew home, got myself sorted. Tuesday 6am I flew out to Dublin, getting home at 9pm. Wednesday I had a day to catch up with my real life job - the one that pays the bills then Thursday 5am I was up to fly to Andorra. The patch will be applied when I have time
