Just noticed in TMX that James Dabills bike is looking a bit trick with his black fork clamps and black barrel. Are there any clearer pics of his bike anywhere??

The TTT Bike is very different to the JLI bike so you'll only see the differences on World rounds. The TTT bike is an "original" REV3 chassis but everything else has been updated or changed. His dad is very impressed with it and the team.

Erm Telecat you must forgive my ignorance but what is TTT and JLI??

TTT - means Top Trials Team and they are an italian based team very different from JLI.

JLI - mean John Lampkin Import.

I was chatting to one of the Top Trial riders at the Spanish world round at the weekend, and James' bike is apparently very trick. I know the engine's prepared by Riccardo Bosi, who was Dougie and Jordi's mechanic when they were on Betas. I was also told its more fettled than Toni Bou's factory bike. Didn't get any photos but it looked really good with those black yokes and the black barrel.

Will he be at the Hawkstone round on that bike?

Hmmm wonder if you can paint a standard barrel to look like it?

I'd imagine so, I know the whole Top Trial team are coming over for it so I'd say they'll use that bike.

I think dabil has a great oppurtunity, if I was him I'd be learning italian and living there next to the factory.

That is what he is doing! Came back this week for the SSDT and comes back to ride for JLI in major UK trials but those are on the JLI bike not the TTT one!
