4Rt 08 Onwards Linkage Bearing Kits?

Featured Replies

Does anybody know were I could get these front or is it main dealer only? I bought an apico kit of eBay which said it was all years but on closer inspection when it arrived the kit said 4rt 05-07 on it? my bearings are slightly larger, don't know if the shock rose joint is any different thought?

Thanks Luke

Had 315s, 05 4rt and now 09 and never noticed a difference in dog bone bearings.Never changed rose joint tho

Did you just get yours from a Honda/ montesa dealer? When you put them together with a 05-07 set mine are about 1.5mm larger diameter?

Which bearings have you a problem with. Dog bone or shock rose bearings?.

It's the 2 in the dog bone and one were the linkage meets the swing arm, Iv left the shock Rose bush as it not worn out yet

Thanks Luke

All most certain the dog bone and bearing have not changed from 315 times. Is the dog bone a std one, if so try any of the reputable Montesa spares suppliers

I thought that two but the swing arm ones the same, spoke to my mont dealer today will let u know what he says

The bearings have been updated from 08 onward and are now 1mm in external diameter larger and 1mm in internal diameter smaller allowing for larger bearing rollers, look like Montesa only for supply at the moment...
