has anyone else with a 2012 gasser found that the front light led's have gone out or only so many of them working? has anyone fixed it and got them all working again? thanks

Take the cover off from around the wires and make sure the connections on the back of the LED unit are still intact.

In my opinion (of LED's in general) although they claim to last "years" they never do, which is why I would avoid them wherever possible.. I'e car lights and stuff cos once they blow it's very rarely you can replace them individually and have to replace the whole unit which is always costly! Stick with bulbs lol

I'm curious to know why you're bothered. There's no requirement to have lights at all and it's not as if the standard lighting set up complies with the law for use on the road (unless the rules have changed since I was bolting lights to trials bikes for evening use).

If I'm totally honest call it OCD if yo wish but in the event of me ever having one of those light set-ups it would seriously irritate the crap outta me if 2 or 3 weren't working

I have to confess that my first action is to remove the light and fit a number board, and not just because the rules up here demand display of one's comp licence number.
