I have a rubbish back brake disk for my beta techno 250 is there anywhere I can get one from other the the beta site (because I can't find one) or if there is any way of making the disk better (I'm selling it soon so don't want to spent to much).

If the pads are ok, and the systems well bled, you could try the water trick,

Drag the brake for a couple of mins untill its nice a hot, then quickly tip some water on it

Spongy or just not biting?

If its just not biting and the pads are good a trick is to clean up the disc with some alcohol or carb cleaner or such like, and bake the pads in the oven Gas mark 7 for 20 mins. It burns the crap off them worked a treat on my front.
